By using this website or engaging DebtFree Uganda (a trading name of Kairos Partners) for advisory services, you agree to these terms.
Nature of service. DebtFree Uganda is an independent debt-advisory and financial-recovery service. It is not a bank, lender, deposit-taking institution, debt collector or law firm. It does not issue credit or refinance debt, does not provide legal advice, does not guarantee creditor acceptance or any particular outcome, and does not receive, hold or distribute client repayment funds. Matters requiring licensed legal, insolvency, tax, insurance or investment advice are referred to appropriately qualified professionals.
Repayments. Where you approve a repayment arrangement, repayments are processed through an independent payment service provider. DebtFree Uganda has no authority to bind any creditor on your behalf.
No guarantees. Outcomes depend on your circumstances, your honest disclosure and the participation of relevant third parties. We apply our best professional judgement but cannot guarantee any specific result.
Confidentiality. We hold your information in confidence and share it with third parties only on your instruction or where the law requires it.
Fees. The first consultation is free. Applicable fees, your responsibilities and the material terms are disclosed in writing before you enrol.
Use of website. You agree not to misuse our forms or attempt to interfere with the site's operation.
Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Uganda.
