DebtFree Uganda (a trading name of Kairos Partners) is an independent debt-advisory and financial-recovery service and is committed to protecting your personal data. This policy explains what we collect, why, and how we keep it safe.
We collect: contact details you submit through our forms (name, phone, email), information about your financial position that you share with us during the advisory process, and basic site analytics (which pages were visited) only if you accept analytics cookies.
We use this information only to provide advisory and financial-recovery support and to administer your engagement. We collect only what is necessary for that purpose. We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with third parties without your consent or another lawful basis.
Your data is stored on secured infrastructure, and access is limited to the advisers working on your matter. Records are retained only for as long as needed to provide our service and to meet our legal obligations, then deleted.
